Getting Started


How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up on the homepage, choose if you’re a Digital Worker or a Company, and fill in your basic details (name, email, password). You’ll get a confirmation email to activate your account.
How do I set up my profile (skills, bio, availability)?
Once logged in, go to your Dashboard → Profile Settings. Add your skills, short bio, and upload a profile picture. Under Availability Scheduler, mark your available hours per week/month.
How do I search for digital workers?
Companies can use the Find Workers page to filter by skills, availability, and rating. Each worker profile shows how many hours they are available to book.
How do I send a booking request?
From a worker’s profile, click Book Now, select the hours you want, and send a request. The worker must accept it before the booking is confirmed.

For Digital Workers


How do I set my weekly/monthly availability?
Go to Dashboard → Availability Scheduler. Click or drag over time slots to mark them as available. You can switch between weekly and monthly views.
How do bookings work?
Clients send requests for specific hours/days. You’ll see pending requests in your dashboard. Accept or reject them based on your availability. Once you confirm, the time slots are locked for that client.
Can I edit or cancel availability after it’s published?
Yes. You can update your availability anytime, but already booked slots cannot be changed unless you and the client agree to cancel.
How do I track tasks and progress?
Each booking has a Tasks tab (if enabled). You can add tasks, assign them to time slots, and mark them as done. Clients can view progress but cannot edit tasks.
How do I handle long-term bookings (recurring hours)?
If a client requests recurring hours (e.g., 20h per week for 3 months), you’ll see the request with a recurring schedule preview. You can confirm the hours for each week/month before finalizing the booking.

For Companies / Clients


How do I search for workers by skill?
Use the Browse Skills or Find Workers page. Filter results by skills, categories, availability, and rating to find the best match.
How do I book hours (daily/weekly/monthly)?
On a worker’s profile, you’ll see their available hours. Choose the period (day/week/month), select how many hours you want, and send a booking request.
What happens if the worker doesn’t accept my booking request?
If a worker rejects or doesn’t respond, you’ll be notified. You can send new requests to other workers. No hours are blocked until the worker confirms.
Can I book the same worker for multiple weeks/months?
Yes, you can request recurring bookings. The worker must confirm the schedule for each period before it’s finalized.
How do I see my booked workers and past contracts?
Go to your Company Dashboard → Booked Workers. You’ll see current and past workers, including booking duration and reasons for rejections (if any).

Privacy & Security


What information is visible on worker profiles?
Only your skills, availability, bio, and ratings are public. Contact details are only visible in the profile you choose to share with others.
How do I protect my data?
We use encryption and secure servers. Always keep your password private and enable 2FA when available.
How can I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed from the platform within 30 days.

Troubleshooting


I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email, and we’ll send you a reset link.
My booking request isn’t going through.
Check that the worker has available hours. If yes, make sure you’ve filled in all booking details (dates/hours). If it still fails, contact support.
I can’t update my availability.
This usually happens if slots are already booked. Try editing only unbooked slots. If you still can’t, clear your browser cache or contact support.
